Emergency Care
We recognize that that emergency situations do arise and we will do
everything in our power to respond as quickly as possible. If an emergency
arises while the office is closed, please call 610.433.6745. The answering
machine will leave a number where the doctor can be reached. If an
emergency arises while the office is open, please call as early as
possible. We reserve special times for patients with emergency needs, and
will schedule ASAP.
Telephone Calls
We encourage you to call with questions concerning dental problems,
however it is unfair to other patients to interrupt the doctor while
working on regularly scheduled patients to answer your call. Our staff is
trained to answer most questions. If your call requires that you speak with
the doctor, please leave a message and the doctor will return your call at
the earliest opportunity.
Recall Visits
We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care. Therefore, we
encourage all our patients to return for periodic recall visits. We will
call or send you a reminder when it is time to return. When you receive
this notice, please telephone promptly to make an appointment. At the time
of your recall visits, please advise the receptionist of any changes in
your:
-
Health and medication being taken
-
Address or telephone numbers
-
Insurance coverage
Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can
help by paying for treatment at the time of the visit. If your treatment
program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to
make financial arrangement with a member of our business office staff.
Insurance
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of
your dental care. Most plans include a deductible and other expenses which
must be paid by the patient.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you
to your first visit. You will need your benefit card and a complete dental
form. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits
to which you are entitled.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claim at the end
of each visit. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please
ask the receptionist and she will work with you to answer all questions.
No Smoking Please
Because the exposure to tobacco is hazardous to your health, we ask
that you refrain from smoking while in the office.
